Following recently leaked official renders of the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, the full specifications for both upcoming smartwatches have now surfaced as well.
The details come from WinFuture, starting with the Galaxy Watch 9, which is expected to be the more affordable of the two. Here’s what the leak reveals about both models.
Galaxy Watch 9 Specs Point to Two Sizes and an LTE Option
The Galaxy Watch 9 is expected to launch in 40mm and 44mm sizes. The smaller model will reportedly feature a 1.3-inch display with a 438 x 438 resolution, while the larger version steps up to a 1.5-inch panel at 480 x 480. Both models are said to keep the familiar round design.
Power will reportedly come from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear Elite (SW6100) chip, paired with 2GB of RAM. The source also points to a 32GB storage configuration, with the watch’s frame constructed from aluminum.

The device is expected to carry a 5ATM water resistance rating. Battery capacity reportedly differs by size, with the 40mm model getting a 325mAh cell and the 44mm version stepping up to 445mAh. Connectivity is said to include Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, and an optional LTE variant.
Wear OS 7 is expected to ship out of the box alongside One UI 9. Pricing for the Galaxy Watch 9 is reportedly set to start at “at least” €409 to €439.
Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 Adds a Larger Battery and Higher Price Tag
The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is expected to arrive in a single 47mm size, featuring the same 1.5-inch, 480 x 480 display as the larger Watch 9 model, but built with a titanium frame instead of aluminum. It’s also rumored to carry a higher 10ATM water resistance rating.

The same Snapdragon Wear Elite (SW6100) chip is expected to power this model, again paired with 2GB of RAM, though storage reportedly increases to 64GB.
Battery capacity is said to jump significantly to 800mAh, notably larger than anything offered on the standard Galaxy Watch 9. Connectivity specs are expected to match the smaller watch, including Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, and LTE.
Like the Galaxy Watch 9, the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is expected to launch with Wear OS 7 and One UI 9. Pricing in Europe is reportedly set at €749.
