A leak suggests the Xiaomi 18 Pro series will start at €1,449 in Europe, nearly matching last year's Ultra pricing. Regulatory filings also point to reduced battery capacities for European models, down to 6,000 mAh on the base Pro and 7,050 mAh on the Pro Max.

European buyers may face substantial price increases for the upcoming Xiaomi 18 Pro series, according to a report from YTechB. Rumored figures place the starting European price for the flagship lineup at €1,449. That is a steep climb over the previous generation. The Xiaomi 17 arrived with a €999 entry price, while the higher-tier Xiaomi 17 Ultra retailed for €1,499. At €1,449, the new base Pro model sits just €50 below last year’s Ultra.

The leak outlines two initial configurations for the European market:
European models will also carry smaller batteries than the versions sold in China. Regulatory listings on the European Union’s EPREL database indicate reduced capacities for international variants. The standard Xiaomi 18 Pro includes a 7,000 mAh cell in China, while its European counterpart drops to 6,000 mAh. The Chinese edition of the Pro Max carries an 8,500 mAh capacity, whereas the European version decreases to 7,050 mAh. The base Pro is also restricted to 90W charging within the European Union, though the filing gives no explanation for that limit.

The series is among the first to adopt Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor. Xiaomi launched the phones in China last month, but the company has not confirmed a global release date. Xiaomi often begins international availability around the annual MWC tech conference in Barcelona each spring. For the 2026 cycle, the Xiaomi 17 launched on February 28, while MWC 2027 is set to begin on March 1.
