Xiaomi began rolling out the final Android 17 HyperOS 4 update on November 3, 2026, for select Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco devices. The update rolls out in waves to additional models dating back to the 2022 Xiaomi 13T.

Xiaomi began rolling out the final version of its Android 17-based HyperOS 4 update on November 3, 2026, across several Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco devices. The company previously announced the update in August, launching a beta for many phones almost immediately. The final version is now rolling out to users.

In a post on X, Xiaomi detailed the launch schedule, which includes:
Updates roll out slowly in waves to catch major problems before they become widespread. Xiaomi will also update devices as old as the 2022 Xiaomi 13T. The full list includes:
HyperOS 4 gives the interface an overhaul inspired by Liquid Glass, along with more lockscreen customization, giant clocks, new homescreen organization features, and better support for floating apps and app orientations.
Xiaomi also highlighted enhanced performance in HyperOS 4, stating that apps launch nearly 20% faster after about a day of use. This is handled by a background AI algorithm that figures out usage, similar to Google’s Adaptive Battery feature introduced in Android 9 Pie. The full list of updates is available on Xiaomi’s official HyperOS 4 page.
