Leaked live images of the Huawei Pura 90 Plus suggest it will feature the Kirin 9025 chip and HarmonyOS 7.0 ahead of its scheduled October 28 launch.

Live photographs of the Huawei Pura 90 Plus have surfaced online, showing the upcoming phone and confirming its processor details ahead of launch. Huawei opened pre-orders for the phone and placed demo units in authorized offline retail stores for early hands-on access. The official debut is scheduled for October 28 at the company’s Double Eleven All-Scenario New Product Launch Event.

The leaked images identify the Pura 90 Plus as the first Huawei smartphone equipped with the Kirin 9025 processor. While the core layout remains undisclosed in the photos, tipsters report that the chip provides upgraded 5G connectivity compared to the Pura 80 Pro. According to one leak, the Kirin 9025 delivers a 19 percent performance improvement over the Kirin 9020 found in the Pura 80 Pro. The same report claims processing output will match the Kirin 9030S used in the higher-tier Pura 90 Pro.
The device runs HarmonyOS 7.0 out of the box, which Huawei claims brings noticeable speed improvements. Detailed CPU and GPU configurations for the Kirin 9025 did not appear in the leaked system menus, though full technical specifications will likely emerge once retail sales begin.

Beyond the chipset, the photos show a 6.8-inch dual-curved display with equal depth around the edges. Buyers can choose from four exterior colors and storage configurations that reach up to 1TB. Huawei positions the phone as an affordable flagship model in the series. Customers can currently inspect display units in authorized retail locations or place pre-orders ahead of the scheduled October 28 launch.
