Google is sending promotional emails with a 30% discount on Pixel 11 devices to Google AI Pro subscribers, reducing prices by up to $570 without trade-ins. The distribution appears selective, as some paying members have not yet received the email code.
Google began emailing an exclusive 30% Pixel 11 discount code to select Google AI Pro subscribers on October 14, 2026. The promotion applies to the entire phone lineup and provides immediate savings without requiring a device trade-in. Eligible devices include the base Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, the larger Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
The promotional message arrives under the subject line “Subscriber benefit: Save 30% on Pixel 11 series phones”. Inside, Google outlines dollar deductions tied directly to retail prices. Buyers using the code receive $270 off the standard Pixel 11, $330 off the Pixel 11 Pro, and $390 off the Pixel 11 Pro XL. Buyers choosing the premium Pixel 11 Pro Fold save $570. The email lists these amounts directly to illustrate the scale of the reduction across each tier.

Beyond hardware markdowns, the notification references ongoing Google AI Pro perks. The email notes that membership includes 10% back in credit on future Google Store purchases. The promotional text notes an upgraded camera and a refined exterior design alongside Gemini Intelligence features.
Despite the broad applicability to the Pixel 11 family, delivery of the promotion remains uneven. Early reporting indicates that Google has not sent the email to every Google AI Pro subscriber. One account holder noted that they had not received the discount code despite maintaining an active subscription. Because that user had already purchased a Pixel 11 Pro through the Google Store, Google may be suppressing the message for customers who already own a current model.
Whether Google plans a wider rollout in subsequent batches or will keep the offer strictly invite-only has not been clarified. AI Pro members who plan to buy a phone will need to check their inboxes directly for the invitation. With no trade-in required, the 30% reduction provides a substantial price cut across the four devices.
